For winter mobile service, we request access to one electrical outlet. Water is not required for winter interior packages. If you do not have an electrical outlet on site, electrical can be provided - just give us a heads up when booking. Additionally, you can take advantage of our drop-off option to one of our nearby heated-indoor facilities.

If your driveway or office location isn’t suitable for mobile service, we offer drop-off or valet service in select areas to one of our nearby indoor or pop-up locations for your convenience.

Yes — Rolling Rideau Auto Spa operates year-round in select areas. During the colder months, we continue to offer interior-only mobile detailing services in our core Ottawa South & Ottawa West service areas. Our team uses professional-grade products and techniques designed for cold-weather conditions, and we do not require access to water for mobile services in winter.

For exterior detailing services, you can choose to drop off your vehicle to one of our nearby climate-controlled indoor locations — so your car gets the care it deserves, no matter the season.

Rolling Rideau Auto Spa is fully insured, and you can trust our experienced, professional team with your vehicle. We are garage-certified insured, ensuring we’re fully covered to both valet and work on your vehicle, so you can enjoy our services worry-free.

It depends on the package! An express service may take 45-90 minutes, while our full deep clean options may take up to 3+ hours.

We proudly source our products from Bloomco, a trusted Canadian supplier, ensuring quality, local support, and eco-friendly options for all our detailing services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes may result in a fee.

Weather Delays As a primarily mobile service, severe weather (such as heavy rain, snow, wind, or extreme heat) may impact our ability to safely complete your detailing — especially exterior services. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you as early as possible to reschedule or adjust your appointment.

We also offer valet pickup & drop-off service to one of our nearby climate-controlled facilities, so your service can continue uninterrupted, regardless of the weather. Ask us for more details.

Payment is made once the job is complete and you’re fully satisfied with the results — no surprises, just a clean finish. We accept most major credit and debit cards, which can be paid directly through your invoice sent at the end of your appointment. We also accept cash, cheques, gift cards, and any accumulated Rolling Rideau Detail Dollars.

Yes! Rolling Rideau Auto Spa offers both digital and physical gift certificates—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just to treat someone special.

Our eGift Cards can be purchased online and even scheduled for delivery on a specific date—ideal for surprise gifts. You can also buy a prepaid eGift Card for yourself or your business to use toward any of our detailing services.
