For mobile service, we just need access to water and electrical outlets. Water can be provided upon special request, or you can take advantage of our drop-off and valet pick-up options at our commercial facility or pop-up locations.

It depends on the package! A Bridge St Shine (Wash & Wax) may take 45-90 minutes, while our full deep clean options may take up to 3+ hours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes may result in a fee. Weather Delays As a primarily mobile service, severe weather (such as heavy rain, snow, wind, or extreme heat) may impact our ability to safely complete your detailing — especially exterior services. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll contact you as early as possible to reschedule or adjust your appointment. We also offer valet pickup & drop-off service to our climate-controlled facility in Manotick, so your service can continue uninterrupted, regardless of the weather. For clients booking our River Road Refresh or Mill St. Makeover packages (which include full interior and exterior detailing), we offer the option to complete the exterior portion within 72 hours of the interior service — perfect for working around the weather and your schedule.

Payment is made once the job is complete and you’re fully satisfied with the results — no surprises, just a clean finish. We accept most major credit and debit cards, which can be paid directly through your invoice sent at the end of your appointment. We also accept cash, cheques, and Rolling Rideau gift certificates.
